• Paystub (Dated within 30 days)
• Notice of Assessment (Last two years)
• T4 (Most recent/ two years)
If you are sole proprietor of your own business:
• Notice of Assessment (Most recent NOA summary of your received Tax Return)
• T1 General (Most recent General Tax Return form)
• Statement of Business Activities (Most recent T2125 Tax form)
• Confirmation of Payment (If any taxes are owing, please provide confirmation of payment)
If you own a business that is a corporation:
• Notice of Assessment (Most recent NOA summary of your received Tax Return)
• T1 General (Most recent General Tax Return form)
• Business Financials (Latest two years prepared by an accountant)

Please ensure your name and account number are clearly identified on your account history.
As well, large deposits will always require a history of 90 days. If possible, it's best to leave money where it is instead of moving it from account to account.
